Billy Jack is originally form Texas, then moved to Colorado, and finally ended up in Utah. He holds a B.S. degree in Automotive Engineering from Weber State University and has attended numerous training classes in subjects such as time management, leadership, computer programs and implementation, and a variety of other topics. With experience in all aspects of construction, four years of commercial and five years of residential, he has built everything from small homes to large commercial buildings.
